About the role

The Head of Brand, Content, and Customer Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping Amenitiz's brand identity and enhancing customer engagement within the hospitality industry.

You will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, carrying the core mission of transforming Amenitiz into the foremost recognizable brand in the hospitality sector.

Your missions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amenitiz global brand strategy to resonate with diverse markets.

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of content production, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.

  • Manage the creative studio to optimize resources and workflow for maximum impact.

  • Enhance customer experience initiatives to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Define the usage of data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.

  • Develop strategies to build and nurture customer communities around the brand.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the brand, content, and customer marketing teams.


Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in leadership roles within the brand, content, and/or customer marketing fields.

  • Proficiency in developing and executing global brand strategies to drive market recognition and business growth.

  • Strong background in content production, including ideation, creation, and distribution across various channels.

  • Demonstrated ability in managing creative studios, optimizing resources, and ensuring high-quality output.

  • A focus on enhancing customer experience through strategic initiatives and engagement tactics.

  • Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize performance, and drive results.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives and excel in their roles.

  • Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in additional languages such as French and Spanish highly valued.
