About the role

Amenitiz is about to launch a very exciting new vertical aiming at helping our properties generate more reservations and boost their occupancy. As our Head of Distribution your role will be simple, take this project from the ideation phase where it is now to overwhelming success. Reporting directly to the CEO you will oversee most aspects of this project from securing the talent, finding commercial partners and their onboarding, working with other teams at Amenitiz to ensure a successful launch. This is not going to be an easy ride but if executed well, this project will become one of the biggest value-add to our customers and a meaningful source of revenue for the company.

Your mission

The mission of this role is very very simple...create and launch a new vertical aimed at generating more reservations for our clients!

Your profile

As our new Head of Distribution you will have:

1. An Execution Mindset
   1. Your goal will be to make things happen so you need to always be focused on delivering on your objectives
2. Comfort with “unknowns”
   1. This role will be dealing with a lot of unknowns and “we haven’t tried this before” so you have to be not only comfortable with this but able to still drive the project forward without 100% clarity
3. Experience building from 0-1
   1. You’ve previously built a value adding, revenue generating vertical from scratch
4. Experience building value adding partnerships
   1. You've negotiating agreements with external partners that have driven the project forward.
   2. Experience leading cross functional project teams in a fast paced environment
