About the role

As our Invoice Collection Specialist, you will ensure that Amenitiz receives payment for the services provided while maintaining positive customer relationships and adhering to legal and ethical standards. You will also work closely with departments like Sales, Onboarding, and Care to coordinate the efforts and maximize the outcome of the process.

Your missions

• Regularly review and monitor outstanding invoices for invoice monitoring.

• Identify overdue invoices and prioritize collections efforts.

• Ensure client communication by reminding them of outstanding payments.

• Address client inquiries and resolve payment disputes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and collection efforts.

• Follow escalation procedures for clients who consistently fail to make payments.

• Strive to maintain positive relationships with clients while pursuing collections.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.

• Continuously seek ways to optimize collection processes and reduce issues related.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients while collecting outstanding debts.

Your profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.

• Proficient in both spoken and written communication in Spanish.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both assertively and professionally.

• You enjoy administrative tasks and have an interest in finance.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to outstanding invoices and client payment delays.

• You have excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented but able to keep sight of the "big picture".

• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Tenacity and the ability to persevere in collecting outstanding debts, even in challenging situations.

• You are proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial with a 'can do' attitude.

• You speak fluent English and feel comfortable with using it in the finance environment.

• Experience with programs like Stripe, Hubspot, Planhat, Zendesk, or Jira.

• Speaking Italian, Portuguese, or French is a big plus.
