Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager
Marketing & Communications, Product, IT

Amenitiz's product surface is expanding faster than ever - new capabilities, new product lines, new AI-powered experiences. But value created is only half the story; value realized is what grows hotels and grows us. You'll own that second half: turning every release into adoption, every feature into a habit, every launch into measurable customer impact.
This is not a demand generation or lead acquisition role - no MQLs, no pipeline, no paid campaigns, no brand work. You own what happens after we ship: the journey from value creation to value realization for our existing customers. If your happy place is the top of the funnel, this isn't your role; if it's watching a feature you launched hit its adoption target with zero Care spikes, it very much is.
You'll be the senior voice on product adoption and launches at Amenitiz, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and sitting inside the Product organization. We're an AI-first company and expect you to work like one: you scale through automation, headcount comes later. Agents, workflows, and automated pipelines are your team members too.
About the role
Own adoption outcomes for our Tier 1 strategic launches - go deep on positioning, narrative, first-touchpoint experience, and activation flows, and set targets with Product leadership that you track and answer for: feature adoption rate, Care contact rate per release, and enablement coverage across customer-facing teams
Automate everything below Tier 1, building release communication pipelines with n8n, Claude, and scheduled agent workflows that turn shipped features into customer-facing comms with minimal human touch
Make releases smooth by partnering with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Care on readiness checks, enablement, in-app guidance, and edge-case coverage
Understand complex features deeply without a chaperone - read the spec, ask Engineering the right questions, and translate genuinely complicated capabilities into language a busy hotelier gets in thirty seconds
Build, don't just brief - prototype the fix when you spot friction in a launch, from a reworked onboarding flow to an in-app guide, an automated comms sequence, or a better internal tool
-
Enable Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing with clear, minimal Launch Briefs: what shipped, why it matters, what to say, what to watch for
