About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Data Engineering—to unlock growth opportunities and guide strategic priorities. You will be responsible for building a deep understanding of our business, designing impactful analysis, and translating insights into actions that drive user engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term value.

We’re looking for someone with strong business sense, technical skills, and a passion for solving ambiguous problems with data.

Yor missions

• Continuously propose strategic changes and optimizations to the way we track, maintain, and use data, working closely with data engineering.
• Provide key support to the senior management and leadership team in strategic decision-making by providing key intelligence.
• Understand business needs and create insightful analysis, helping your team to make the right decisions.
• Drive projects end-to-end, translating business challenges into insights and actions
• Assist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data, and communicate and simplify concepts to meet the audience's needs
• Design, publish, and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to facilitate reporting. Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date
• Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches

About you

• 4-5 years of experience in Data
• Entrepreneurial drive, risk taker, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, or similar.
• SQL proficiency a mandatory requirement, and skills in Python or other scripting languages
• Strong data storytelling, business sense, and stakeholder communication
• Comfortable with A/B testing, causal analysis, and building reporting frameworks
• Working experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and fluent in English.
