As an Associate Chief of Staff at Amenitiz, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help hoteliers thrive. Your focus? Coordinating strategic projects that drive Amenitiz’s vision forward, analyzing key data to guide decisions, and preparing executive-level presentations that drive alignment across teams and external stakeholders. You’ll be a vital force in ensuring major company priorities are executed seamlessly, directly contributing to our company’s long-term growth.
Provide the data‑driven insight and operational horsepower that magnifies the leadership team's leverage and helps Amenitiz scale smarter and faster.
- Project Management: Proactively drive key strategic projects from scope definition to milestone tracking, maintaining cross-functional collaboration and removing blockers as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze relevant metrics, synthesizing insights to inform leadership decisions and highlight key trends.
- Strategy & OKR Process Support: Help manage the end-to-end Strategy and OKR cycle by facilitating updates, ensuring accountability, and refining company rituals for continuous improvement.
- Executive Communications: Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal leadership forums and external stakeholder meetings, including Board meetings and investor reporting.
- 3–5 years ideally in a combination of Consulting, together with Special Projects/Operations/Product Management at a start-up, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient with data analysis and reporting tools to uncover trends and craft data-informed recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable producing executive-level materials and aligning with stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership and external partners).
- Highly organized, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
- Collaborative with solid stakeholder management – skilled at rallying stakeholders around shared objectives and unblocking challenges swiftly, working across various teams and senior leadership levels.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, excited by the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Fluency in English – confident communicating in an international environment, delivering polished documents, and presenting to a global audience.
